Rachael Melot: Leading Change and Celebrating Success

Rachael has owned multiple small businesses, all allowing her to intentionally mentor other women along the way. After spending almost a decade commuting from Oklahoma to New York City working in the high tech, fast-moving world of digital media and advertising she returned to Oklahoma. This is where she authored her first book and began finding ways to serve her neighbors, fellow business owners and her City and State. She served as a City Planning Commissioner. She was an economic development board member and then became the not-for-profit President and CEO. She was selected as one of 12 women by the Bush Institute’s Women’s Initiative Fellowship, to mentor a professional woman from Tunisia for one year.

She holds a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and has always focused on helping other succeed. Today she leads workshops and book studies. She helps men and women adapt office conversations, home routines, and daily expectations to promote womens’ success in every area of life, without apology.

Her writing has been published on chic-ceo.com and refwriter.com. She is the author of The Ten Commandments of #SuccessWithoutApology, a multiple time Best Selling Amazon book author with her contributions to The Price of Greatness, compiled by Jessica Mosley in 2020.  She teaches leadership sessions, captivates audiences on stage and produces content through her blog.
